On Thursday, December 5, 2024, Superintendent Jessica Williams hosted the 2nd CCSD Parent Forum. Mrs. Williams greeted the attendees with a warm welcome and shared some exciting information about our school report cards and the State Superintendent Ellen Weaver speaking at our special school report card recognition ceremony. A light meal was provided for participants to enjoy as the meeting started. Each participant had the opportunity to share a positive event and an improvement wish(concern) that they experienced in the district since the last parent forum in September. The parent forum collaborated to create a plan to promote the positive things happening in the Colleton County School District. They plan to spread the word about the great things happening at our schools & in the district and use #CCSDOntheMove to draw attention to the district on Social Media platforms. They ended the meeting with an action plan in place and a challenge to bring a friend to join the next parent forum.

Dear Community, At the Colleton County School District, we truly value the feedback from our students, parents, and the community. The most popular items, as determined by your votes, will be incorporated into our menu cycle. We also encourage parents and caregivers to share their thoughts. Please scan the QR code below to participate in our questionnaire. Our third tasting of this school year will be held during the upcoming Cocoa and Mittens Holiday Drop-In event on December 19, 2024.
