Superintendent Jessica Williams & her DO Staff, celebrated Colleton County High School & Thunderbolt Career & Technology Center's faculty & staff for the improvement made on the SC Report Card rating. After receiving a "Thank you" message from Mrs. Williams, the staff was treated to cake and ice cream. Colleton County School District is "On the Move!"

Saturday, October 26, 2024, was a great day to participate in the Colleton County Parks and Recreation's "Trunk-or-Treat. Over 1,000 Colletonians attended the Trunk-or-Treat! We can't wait til next year to participate again!

Congratulations to the Colleton County Band of Blue for their top 5 ranking at the 2024 SCBDA 4A State Marching Band Championships at RiverBluff High School this past Saturday, October 26, 2024. The Band of Blue scored a 88.4 in finals earning 5th place overall. The Band of Blue presented their show "CONNECTIONS" to a huge crowd Saturday, early in the day, for a preliminary performance and then again at night for the top 12 Finals. Earlier in the day the Band of Blue scored a 88.05 in prelims earning them 4th place and 2nd place in lowerstate! This is the Highest ranking since 2005 for Colleton County.
Congratulations to the band members, directors and staff and parents for representing our community. We are PROUD of BIG BLUE 💙

Adults and students had a wonderful time playing games, seeing farm animals, and picking out pumpkins. Until their next adventure, here are some more pictures from this trip.
